Learn the basics of Metal Inert Gas (MIG) welding in this make-and-take class where you’ll make a bird out of common kitchen utensils.

In this class, you and a child learn the fundamentals and safety associated with MIG welding, practice welding, and take home a welded bird sculpture that you collaboratively make using old silverware.

Age 10 and up.

Intermediate Welding: Create your own Project - By Appointment Only

For those who have taken the intro welding class and ready for the next step! Bring your own vision and materials to weld something of your design. Maybe you have an old iron patio chair that you want to repair. Perhaps you have some scrap steel to convert into a garden sculpture to accompany your bird or dragonfly!
