Connect with jazz at its most exciting stage! There's a tangible new energy to jazz in Baltimore, and this series offers a curated look into some of the best young performers currently making waves. Starting this October, the Manor Mill will offer a blend of jazz approaches--everything from post-bop, Afro-Cuban and Flamingo on through to Gypsy and Fusion; with influences ranging from Eastern European to Egyptian! Every concert is sure to impress and inspire.
Jazz at Manor Mill was inspired by Baltimore trumpet player, Brandon Woody. His performance left us breathless, and it's an energy that'll continue to define Baltimore as a "Jazz city." Note, after Brandon's performance with us in 2024, he went on to be picked up by Blue Note and gain international recognition.
