A hands-on homeowner series
The DIY Home Skills series is designed to help homeowners and aspiring DIYers better understand how their homes are built, and how to safely take care of them. Each class focuses on a core home system or construction skill, breaking it down into clear, practical lessons you can actually use.
Across the series, students will learn the fundamentals of electrical, plumbing, framing, and trim & drywall, including how systems work, common components, basic repairs, and essential safety practices. These classes are hands-on, beginner-friendly, and focused on real-world situations, helping you build confidence, troubleshoot common issues, and know when a project is within reach, or when it's time to call a professional.
Whether you're a new homeowner, a weekend DIYer, or someone who simply wants to better understand your house, this series provides the knowledge and skills to approach home projects with clarity and confidence.
